We have been asked to conduct the service at the Fairview Chapel in New Market on Sunday evening, April 17, 2016 at 7:00 PM. This is a non-denominational Church that has different groups, pastors, etc. come in every Sunday evening to conduct their services. We will be doing the whole service (for example, how we do our Christmas candlelight service or how we did our Easter service). There is no electricity in the Chapel, but if necessary, they have a generator that can provide what we may need. They are always there by 6:00 PM before the services, but will arrive earlier to meet us for setup if need be.

ReplyDeleteToo far out to commit but sounds like fun. No electricity. Candlelight?
ReplyDeleteYes, no electricity and the church is lit by candlelight. We do have access to a generator for our equipment. It will be outside and will not impact our sound.
DeleteFrannie is available for this event.
ReplyDeleteDominic and I are blocking our calendar for it and want to do it.

ReplyDeleteI did not realize that this event was a Sunday evening. I will not be able to attend. Sorry for the inconvenience
ReplyDeleteI am working on the song list for this special service. If you have not confirmed this date and plan to attend, could you please let me know ASAP. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI will not be there.
ReplyDeleteWe can get into Fairview as early as 4:30 for setup. Do you feel we need to be there that early or go later? I need to call her back, so let me know.
ReplyDeleteThe songs are now posted for the service at Fairview this coming Sunday evening. I have not yet determined the readings. If you're interested in doing one of those, just let me know. As you can see, this is structured just like the candlelight and Easter services.
ReplyDeleteWe do plan to get there at around 4:30 on Sunday for setup. We are going to meet at the church and then go down together. We had said 4:00 at the church, is that good or do we want to meet a little earlier?
Also, if there are any concerns about the songs, let me know ASAP.
