We have been asked to participate in one of the events the Hagerstown Rescue Mission is holding this year for their 60th anniversary. The event is on March 28th and will be at Wheaton Park. They have asked us to play from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. This is an outdoor event. We will be playing in a covered gazebo. Since there is a chance of poor weather, we can bring an outdoor heater with us to help. Please indicate in the comments below if you are able to play/sing for this event.

ReplyDeleteOur goal is to be done with sound check at 11am. Setup crew will arrive at BCOB at 8:00 am to pack up and leave by 8:30. We will be unloading at the venue by 9:30. If you are not helping with setup, please be there at 10am to get your instrument ready for soundcheck. We will begin sound checking as soon after 10am as possible.
